Lyniate is very responsive. We can send them an email, and they get back to us within an hour. If we call Lyniate, we get somebody on the line that can help us right away. Lyniate has always had a phenomenal support group. They offer the option for them to connect to our system and do a health check on it. Lyniate also does analysis of our interfaces to see whether we are doing them in the most efficient way. Lyniate is highly proactive.

We consider Rhapsody Integration Engine to be a Tier 1 application. Rhapsody only comes down to do maintenance twice a year at most, so there are improvements that are sitting around waiting for us to install them. The upgrades have improved tremendously over the years. I used to break out in a cold sweat at the thought of having to do an upgrade, but now the upgrades are a piece of cake. Microsoft's upgrades are more difficult than Rhapsody's upgrades are.
